• Conveyor 

  The conveyor belt is an important component of the high speed jar capping machine. It is driven by a motor and is responsible for transporting the bottles that have been loaded with materials to the capping station. The surface of the conveyor belt is flat and has a certain degree of friction, which can ensure that the bottles move steadily during the conveying process.

  Adjustable baffles are installed on both sides of the conveyor belt to accommodate bottles of different diameters and ensure that the bottles remain in the correct position during the conveying process.

• Pressing Mechanism

  When the bottle reaches the entrance of the capping machine, the pressing device will first press the bottle cap preliminarily, making the bottle cap tightly adhere to the bottle opening, providing a relatively stable foundation for subsequent capping operations. 

• Capping Mechanism

  The capping wheel is one of the core components of high speed jar capping machines. It is made of wear-resistant rubber material, installed above the conveyor belt and kept at a certain distance from the conveyor belt to allow the bottle cap to pass through. The side of the capping wheel can generate significant friction with the bottle cap, thereby achieving rapid tightening of the bottle cap.

• PLC controlling system

  PLC is the core control unit of high speed jar capping machine. It is responsible for controlling and coordinating various parts of the machine to achieve automated operations.
