1. What is a weight checker?
Weight checkers are high-speed, high-precision online weight checkers, which are mainly used to check online whether the product weight is qualified, whether there are missing parts or instructions in the package, etc.
This machine is also known as: underweight detector, weight sorter, weight checker, automatic weighing machine, checkweigher.

2. Working principle of the weighing machine
The automatic weighing machine detects the weight of the product through weighing sensors and control systems.
During the dynamic weighing process, conveyor belt transports the object to the weighing platform, and sensor converts the gravity of the object into an electrical signal.
The signal is digitized after amplification and filtering, and the computer system analyzes the accurate weight. If the weight of the product does not match the preset weight, the control system will automatically trigger the alarm device and remove the unqualified products.

Object transmission: The checkweigher is integrated with the conveying equipment to realize the automatic transmission of objects.

Object weighing: After the object is in place, the high-precision sensor responds quickly and converts gravity into an electrical signal. The amplification, filtering and digitization of the signal are continuous automated processes to ensure the stability and reliability of the signal during transmission.
Precision of data processing: The computer system analyzes the received signal, such as removing noise and calculating the average value. This data processing process is the core link to ensure the accuracy of the weight value.
Result output and feedback: After the weight value is processed, the result is displayed on the interface for the operator to view. At the same time, the system determines whether the weight is within the set range according to the preset value. Unqualified products will automatically trigger an alarm or rejection mechanism to ensure the smooth operation of the production line and product quality.
