Working principle
In the vacuum state, the high shear homogenizer mixer quickly and evenly distributes one phase or multiple phases into another continuous phase, and the strong kinetic energy brought by the machine makes the material in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. It withstands hundreds of thousands of times of hydraulic shearing in a minute, and under the combined effects of centrifugal extrusion, impact and tearing, it disperses and emulsifies evenly in an instant, and after high-frequency cycles, finally obtains a bubble-free and delicate high-quality product.
