4. Main manufacturing process of toner

4.1 Raw material preparation: Prepare all raw materials according to the production formula, including deionized water, alcohols, moisturizers, active ingredients, preservatives, fragrances and other raw materials.

4.2 Mixing: First add the basic water phase to the stainless steel liquid mixing tank, then turn on the stirring function, add the remaining raw materials in order, and turn on the heating and homogenization system in time according to the process requirements to better mix the various raw materials.

4.3 Storage: Send the produced materials into the stainless steel storage tank and conduct quality inspections on them, including pH value, viscosity, uniformity, microorganisms and other indicators.

4.4 Filling, capping and labeling: The toner that has passed the inspection is sent to the filling workshop for filling. After filling, the bottle cap is tightened and the label is affixed and sent to the packaging workshop.

4.5 Packaging: The finished toner is packaged into cartons according to a certain quantity and sent to the warehouse.
