Vacuum defoaming function selection: Whether the vacuum defoaming function is needed in the products of the daily chemical industry is closely related to your formula. During the production process of the product, some raw materials in some products are prone to foaming (such as surfactants, which can reduce the surface tension of the liquid and make the liquid more likely to form foam). In order to solve the foam problem, we usually have two methods. The first is to add a small amount of silicone oil to the product to inhibit the generation of foam. For example, in cosmetic cream products, we need to configure oil phase mixing tanks and water phase mixing tanks to process some oil phase and water phase raw materials in advance. In the production process of toothpaste products, we not only need to configure oil phase mixing tanks and water phase mixing tanks, but also need to equip powder mixing tanks to process powder mixing in advance.
